It appears as though our enterprising friends in the drug business have found a way to smuggle heroin into the country, by impregnating clothes with liquid heroin, then “cooking off” the stuff later.  Here’s the story.

As I browsed the article, and having the kind of mind that I do, the thought of “liquid heroin” became “wet heroine”, whereupon this little visual sprang to mind:
