AK-47 Twin Mount Gatling (7.62x39mm)

It had to happen. Some time ago, I featured a Gatling-style mount which held two semi-auto Ruger 10/22 rifles, and was fired by cranking a lever.

Well, now you can get a similar piece of equipment which holds two AK-47s:

Oh yes. Add a couple of those 75-round drums to the equation (as pictured), and you have a serious toy to play with.

Cost, excluding the AKs, is about $600, and you can contact this guy for details. Assuming $400 each for the AKs, and $75 each for the drum mags, and you’re talking a total of about $1,500.

Hell, I’d burn about that much in ammo just in the first day.

I have no idea about the quality or lack thereof—it’s just such a cool concept—so caveat emptor.

Feel free to send this link to the Violence Policy Center, the Brady Bunch or Chuck Schumer’s office. I’d pay a small fortune just to see their faces—especially when they discover that this thing is perfectly legal (well, maybe not in IL, CA or NY, but in the United States of America it certainly is).

Hell, the fun factor would almost outweight the PITA factor of loading the drum mags.
