Yesterday, I was laid low by a stomach bug, probably the same one which struck Daughter and #2 Son earlier in the week—or maybe it was the greasy pizza consumed on Wednesday night, who knows? There’s nothing like the Rampant Runs, as my friend Patterson calls them, and a sky-high temperature coupled with the chills to remind one of one’s own mortality.

Anyway, I’m better today, albeit as weak as a kitten. Blogging will be light today, although the important stuff (Pre-Weekend Blah) was fortunately in place already.

I know what you guys really want.

And now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to the bathroom.
